Praise Myself

What I can’t grasp is, that you, dear readers, with so magnificent achievements, as world travellers, photographers, as scientists, artists, poets, philosophers, who so very far surpass, outshine me could ever still like my simple thoughts, simple philosophy, simple pictures, simple music, simple adventures, simple English, simple language, humble Home Page, humble ... 

The men, still like, the women, so feminine, so warm, so dear, would kiss me. 

You, everyone, the whole world, all are very extraordinary,  except me.

But I’m special too, you know? For I am the only one who is different, not special. So, I’m extraordinary, not common, while you all, I would whisper it, are very ordinary, common. Ha. Ha.

On Courage

The courage


to refuse to war, invade another country and kill people, - I dare.


to praise myself, - I certainly dare, lest I should shame, blame  the Creator.


to ask Princess Diana permission to kiss her, were she still living, - I don’t dare. Ha. Ha.

The Smart Boaster

“Formerly someone said that life starts at 40, then someone today asserts, i. e. comforts himself, that life starts at 80 as he celebrates his 80th year.” 

I’m bragging now, “I’m so sorry if one starts really living in old age, I started living even when I was not five. Ha. Ha.”

Gold

What I call gold is our paddy, corn, fruits, vegetables,

our woods, forests, 

the creatures of the land, of the water,  

the land, the mountains, the streams, the lakes, the sea,  

the clouds, the air, the heavens,  the sun, …

just picture them, how wonderful, precious they are.

These, they, are the true, real gold, so invaluable, for us. What a loss, disaster, were they no more, for man, creatures, all living alike.

Were gold abundant as sand of the sea, who would care for it? That, which we call gold, destroying, ruining the earth after it for the sake of money, is not true gold.

Not to mention of the gold that is in a beautiful thought, a beautiful writing, painting, …
